ive fallen asleep with my zen. and something happened it would turn on. and i couldnt even charge it. then a week later it worked again
have fun with that stone cause one of these days u either going to sleep with it or lay down on it thats all he wrote. i know thats what happen to my zen mine it wont even turn on any more =[

can someone help me i got a zen stone ive had it for about 2 months. i was listening one day and the battery went out. i charged it when it was doe i unpluged it and now when i turn it on it turns off wtf is wrong with it

I have an ipod and a creative and i like more the creative… Its more simple and fast!! Battery is also better!

I truly love my Zen stone!!!
but now I can’t access it on my computer, or anyone else’s. I press play and the green light comes on when I press play again, it won’t begin blinking, which indicates that the mp3 is playing. Then, I try plugging it in to the USB drive on a computer, and the autoplay menu won’t pop up. It won’t even recognize the Zen stone anymore and when I try clicking on the Removable drive, the whole My Computer file just stops responding!!…what am I to do???
